Privacy Policy

Joy Candle Co uses Shopify to display products, manage the cart, and process orders. Information you provide at checkout is handled by Shopify to complete and fulfill your order.

Advertising measurement

We use Google Ads to understand visits from our advertisements and, when purchase measurement is enabled on Shopify checkout, whether those visits result in an order. Google may receive information about your visit and purchase, including an advertising click identifier, order ID, and order value. We do not send customer email addresses or phone numbers for advertising matching.

We do not load our Google Ads tag for visitors in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Canada, or when we cannot determine the visitor’s region. Elsewhere, advertising measurement may use cookies and similar technology. You can turn off advertising measurement on this website in this browser below, restrict cookies in your browser settings, and use Google’s My Ad Center to control personalized ads. Shopify checkout has its own privacy settings; this website choice does not automatically apply to Shopify checkout.
