How we get your candles to you
- Free shipping on orders over $75 — our way of saying thanks for supporting a tiny business.  
- Standard shipping for smaller orders: calculated at checkout. We keep rates as fair as we can.  
- Local delivery: available nearby for quick, economical drop-offs. Choose “Local Delivery” at checkout and we’ll bring the glow to your door.  

Timing
- Most orders are packaged and ready for shipping, local delivery, or pickup within 1-2 business days. Busy seasons may add a little extra time — we’ll keep you posted.

Careful packaging
We wrap each candle like a little present. Recyclable/minimal materials whenever possible, because we love the planet as much as we love good scent.

Mistake in your address, special delivery notes, or a preferred time window — send us a note at info@joycandleco.com and we’ll do our best to make it right.

Damaged on arrival?
So sorry. Contact us within 7 days with photos and order details; we’ll replace or refund.
